Refund Policy

Hotmail support offers continued services for the convenience of the user, until he/she finalizes to deactivate the account, cancel account, upgrade the plan, cancel billing or terminate services. Every user must cancel his/her account or upgrade the service plan on monthly or yearly basis to avoid extra billing and credit card fees. Hotmail support will bill the user on monthly/yearly basis; the total billing may include service tax charges.

Our paid services are non-refundable. Hotmail does not entertain refund or credits for any months or yearly billing. We strictly follow the rules as stated by the Independent tech-service association. We request our online visitors and users to follow our policies as stated for the convenience of the users. We have framed a flexible policy that eases managing services for all class of users. Refunds are not a subject to our services. By upgrading and accepting our policy, the user admits to agree all terms discussed for using our services effectively.
